Excellent I proud of metalwork
Worst experience with this company. Their return policy is pathetic. Their manager Mark spoke to me and said you can return the ERV worth $1300. I go all the way driving 70 kms then he says he cannot accept it. This is so disappointing and frustrating. The machine was never used, brand new and they simply cant take it back even after multiple discussions on the call and assurances. I would never recommend anyone going to this store ever.
I left loosing some money and a product I can't use but the customer service was really good. The manager or owner (I didn't get his name) took a lot of time to help look for a good solution to try to solve my issue, and he helped off set some of the cost of a custom order that I won't be able to use. Never thought I'd leave 5 starts after loosing money.
When they expanded and took the employees to other locations service and sales has suffered. Everything via e mail Went there and I phoned only two customers on the counter …. Kept getting voice mail
