Trying to get them to honor the warranty on a roof they installed that was poorly done...so many issues, pictures are worth a thousand words which we have. We have leaks that have caused interior damage, do they care......NO!!!

Our roof leaks in 3 places. The leaks started 1 month after installation. After months of trying to get it fixed, Metalman sent a team who said after taking the roof cap off that the metal did not go all the way to the top of the roof, flashing was not nailed down, and it was damp underneath the metal where the water was leaking in. The poor workmanship was only discovered after the roof cap was removed. Metalman's fix was to caulk the gap where the water was leaking in and reinstall the cap. If I could give negative stars, it would be all they deserve. Roof is leaking, and issues never get resolved. So, about every 6 months, we go through water leaking.

I was looking to add new gutters for my single-roof house, but the price was way too high, around 10x more than other quotes I received. I didn’t choose their cutting-edge LeafGuard gutters, so I don’t know if it was worth it after all. The free quote comes with a very thorough sales pitch, for which I thank Jeremy Pettit in its knowledge and tenacity.

This experience has been so frustrating from the beginning. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. The salesmen promised work done in a week....six weeks later it was finished, and now we have a leak, which made our furnace stop working. Not to mention the leak during the installation process. The workmen just showed up to fix the leak and decided it was too wet. So thus the water continues to come in. Do yourselves a favor, find another company.
