This is worst company that has ever existed. I mean it. They are completely incompetent. Do not ever purchase equipment from them. You will regret it.
We purchased a Metalfrio chest freezer (model #MSC-31C) for our school cafeteria. Within a couple months the plastic lid had cracked. We cannot get Metalfrio to respond. Customer service is very poor.
