Cannot speak highly enough of the crew at Metal Forming LLC, especially Milca Soto and Joe Tuxbury. Joe has helped troubleshoot issues over the phone and assisted with in-person training sessions. Our company (Nuvue Industries of Puerto Rico) has been in the metal industry for nearly 40 years. Without the help of Metalforming LLC we would remain at the top of the business in Puerto Rico. Thanks to Milka Soto, who has been our interpreter on the calls we make about parts we need. We recently had issues with our Schechtl brake losing calibration. I reached out to MetalForming for assistance, and Tonea was my first point of contact. She was very polite and professional, and was able to quickly set us up as a customer and organize a video support call with Joe. Joe was amazing! He was able to effectively diagnose the problem and guide us through the recalibration process, getting our brake up and running. We just had Murph out for a service visit. We try to do maintenance on all of our machines 1-2 times a year. Murph is the best and takes care of us every time!
