I've spoken to and worked with MetalFlex Jandakot a few times recently due to some hardware issues from a system installed by a third party. I honestly have to say the customer service I received, especially from their representative Katelyn, is pretty spectacular. Highly recommend this outlet, staff were very helpful and sorted out with my old controller and even gave me a spare one at no cost. Much appreciate their service.
Kayla was unbelievable, I’ve never had better service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Branch Manger was rude and didn't know his product, I do not recommend their service
