We've consistently experienced significant delays with deliveries from Metalflex Thomastown. As a Plumbing & Gasfitting company, we rely on timely material arrivals to meet scheduled job commitments. Unfortunately, despite specifying delivery times, materials frequently arrive 1.5 to 2 hours late. This results in our team waiting idly at customer sites, which is both unproductive and unprofessional. The guy behind the counter saw that I wasn’t in the trade and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Very arrogant sales staff, would not recommend.
Great service. We needed our evaporative cooler pads changed and were unable to find somebody available. Decided to DIY and with the help and guidance of John and the new Filcel pads from Metalflex, job done. Highly recommend their service and product. Thanks guys.
