Sadly this is my first time leaving a 1 star review, at this stage only due to lack of response and communication :( if they would call me or email me back regarding the issues I’m having with the flashings on my new roof I would gladly remove the review, not really sure what else to do as want to give them a chance to look at comment on and rectify the issue without getting getting anyone else involved. Been waiting about 3 months for them to rectify substandard cladding and flashings. Holding up building consent issuing. Not recommended.
