I love my electric canner! It does 4 quarts, which is perfect for a small garden. It is easy to use very reliable and you can walk away no more watching a pressure gauge highly recommend.
Place isn't good for many reasons and the owner is abusive
Ordered a part for hot water urn about a month ago. It might come today. Apparently they don't work last 2 weeks of the year at Nesco plus they said Covid staffing issues. They charge $2 for shipping. I guess you get what you pay for. I wanted to pay more for expedited delivery. Not an option. In the world of next day Amazon, these guys are about 50 years behind the times.
Purchased a model FD 1010 dehydrator 3 yrs ago, using it 2-3 times per year in gardening season for drying herbs and peppers. Over the weekend the motor quit. Called today for support, was offered to buy a new power base for $75. Warranty only 2 years, quits in 3. No power reset or any way to access the heating unit to look for problems. VEry unhappy with the high price, dont believe we paid much more than that for the unit. And if we did, its a shame it only works for a short time then quits.
