I used to use them for all of my stock I needed. A couple years ago they moved and the guy running the place in the new building was a real jerk to me more than once. They'd tell me the order was ready and when I got there the pieces wouldn't be cut to size and I'd have to wait. Then he'd get tesy with me when I expressed my displeasure about waiting. It was a long drive there so coming back later wasn't an option. I reached out to the mother store in Charlotte, but nothing was ever done about it, so I just quit going there ... read more
they keep an extensive inventory and are fairly priced.
The only reason is I couldn't share it on facebook...and I am going to stop in soon
I've been a customer at the old location for several years & never had a problem. I have recently visited the new location 3 times. I got helped once out of the three times. The first time I was ignored completely and when I asked for help I got attitude from the attendant. I left & bought what I needed elsewhere. The second time somebody else helped me and I got what I needed with good help but the first fellow with "attitude" wrung up my sale. By and large a decent experience. Got what I needed cut to the size I needed. Did not have a good experience with the kid who cut my metal, however. He really needs some lessons in Customerservice. Way more attitude than was necessary. Makes a guy not want to go back.
Outstanding service ,They will cut material while you wait. Great prices.
