Always a pleasure to do business with, Most common items are usually in stock and are ready to cut or they can get what you need in a few days. The prices are always good too. Unfortunately, this business has closed.

I have ordered several metal pieces. They said it would to be ready in 2 or 3 days. 3 days from now, 3 weeks will have passed, and no news. Now they don't even pick up the telephone. I'm so disappointed. My project is stuck because of this lack of professionalism.

Went in to ask about fabricating some steel tubing and was greeted with a pissed off young man/teen with tattoos and ear gauges (the Justin Bieber type, more concerned about his hair than helping me). The guy was either quitting smoking or on his period because he had attitude during the short conversation we had, left halfway through slamming the door, and finally said he couldn't help me. It's steel tubing... you could have figured out a solution but lost a customer instead.

I have a DIY project on my boat and needed some aluminum. This was a very small order, nevertheless, the guy behind the counter took me to the back and put 30 minutes on me for a $30 order. Some people just like to help... I had a very good experience. It was worth the 30 drive.
