Update - buyer beware. Multiple requests to reinforce my structure have been ignored. Henry has put me off for several months on bracing I want added at my expense. Excuse is always that it's busy season. One big problem is that their installers are sub-cotractors. That should be a red flag. MS blames installers for not wanting the $1500 reinforcement job. Edit as of 8/19/2025. I just received a text from the company almost a yr later that they can now come out to fix the broken doorknob. Unbelievable! I told them I already fixed it and contacting me a year later was unacceptable. All they could say was they were sorry for the delay. Delay?? I contacted them Sept 2024! Wow! I had the Metal Structurers Company build a car port for my garage in 2024. Attached you can find the engineering drawings as provided by Metal Structurers for the car port. Attached are photos of the building after Hurricane Milton passed over Brevard County Florida. The maximum recorded winds in Brevard County were 105MPH. The 21 braces as indicated on the invoice / quote were not installed on the Car Port. The angle bracing as indicated by the drawing appear to have not been installed.
