I rarely post a review, but in this case, it must be done. Horrible customer service. I mean god awful.
Don't come here they are very obese waited 1 hour and after that they said another 15 minutes to wait
Absolute garbage of a metal distributor. Timelines missed and absolutely no communication whatsoever. They don't answer the phone. Worst metal distributor I've ever worked with and that is actually saying a lot. My guys have been siting at the job site for 6 hours and we can't get anyone to answer the phone let alone give us any semblance of a time frame when delivery will be. Don't work with this company, there are other options.
Only giving a star because you have to leave a review. We came here today to pick-up the building that we ordered from Building Outlet Corp. 3 hours later, we were finally done. Our scheduled pick-up time was 11:30 am. We arrived at 11:15am there was a semi and pickup infront of us. We sat there for a good 15 minutes before I told my husband to go figure out what was going on. Customer service is zero. Nobody answers the phone and if they do they are usually clueless and have to transfer you to someone who will also not answer. The products are actually great and I spend alot of money with them but they have nobody to represent their company. What good is the product when the customer needs information about the product before they can buy it?
