I wish I could give less than 1 star. Why even bother calling this company? They don’t sell direct, they don’t deliver on their promises and their receptionists handles their customer service like a teenage girl mad at her father. Yikes
Terrible customer service, horrible shipping times, and just very inefficient. Imagine being called and the person on the phone says he has been trying to call me for months... and I have talked to him multiple times before - that was Rob. They expect the customer to take the financial burden when they mess up - just disappointing.
I showed up at 7:15 am to load was loaded and gone by 8:00 am place was awesome people were nice and very helpful will come here again anytime
Very bad company and customer service. Refused to deliver my materials for a month. I told them I have proper equipment to unload, they didnt believe me and called me a liar after multiple attempts to call back. Had to use external sources to get them to respond and prove I am able to unload the delivery. They deliver for Best Buy Metals, they talked very poorly of them and Best Buy metals also talked very poorly of MS Metal Sales. Why would anyone do business with this company, I do not know.
