Very bad company and customer service. Refused to deliver my materials for a month. I told them I have proper equipment to unload, they didnt believe me and called me a liar after multiple attempts to call back. Had to use external sources to get them to respond and prove I am able to unload the delivery. They deliver for Best Buy Metals, they talked very poorly of them and Best Buy metals also talked very poorly of MS Metal Sales. Why would anyone do business with this company, I do not know. Horrible customer service for dealers who have sold their product for 25 years. I'll never use them again nor sell their product which 9 times out of 10 has defects, oil panning, scratches etc.
