I ordered three pieces from the online store. One of them was a custom order (house number sign) shown here. The items arrived on my doorstep sooner than I expected, including the screws to attach them. The quality of the work is exceptional. I felt gratified to order from an USA-made, veteran-owned business.

Ordered from the company on 8/15. My piece was supposed to be a custom with the two dogs on top. They confirmed the order the same day and I was all set; delivery estimate of 9/20-30. On the morning of 9/25 I get an email telling me that their laser machine has broken and they are delayed, they may be delayed several more weeks yet (and included a sob story about how a team will be coming from Florida to fix it if the hurricane doesn’t bother them on their way to the laser device).
