I had a poor customer service experience with one of the older staff members at the store, but once I reported it to Karl (the business owner, I believe), he took the matter seriously and ensured I was properly looked after. Really appreciate the way he handled it—great work, mate! I also have to mention young Harry—his positive attitude and can-do approach really stood out. He’s a great asset to the business and a pleasure to deal with.

Update: been a few times now. I had such an outstanding experience at Metal Mart thanks to Belinda, the owner. From the moment I arrived, Belinda was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was looked after. She is an absolute credit to the business and her customer care is second to none. A special mention also to Volker, Steve and Carl, who are amazing. Today my mum and I visited Metal Mart and were most impressed by the exceptional service we received. We were assisted by a very courteous and knowledgeable staff member named Valter (hope I got spelling correctly), who took the time to ensure we received a fair price. He was patient, professional, and went out of his way to help us load items out of our car—something we greatly appreciated.
