Came here expecting to drop off some scrap metal, and was pleasantly surprised to get paid for it.
I had a poor customer service experience with one of the older staff members at the store, but once I reported it to Karl (the business owner, I believe), he took the matter seriously and ensured I was properly looked after. Really appreciate the way he handled it—great work, mate! I also have to mention young Harry—his positive attitude and can-do approach really stood out. He’s a great asset to the business and a pleasure to deal with.
