I have done a small amount of business with Metal Mall for many years mostly through GQC. Their quality is very good. The attitude of the office atmosphere is unwarm and unfriendly. I tried to return some closures that I had in climate control storage for a couple of years, they did not doubt they were theirs, they admitted they were in good shape, but said they could not return them since I did not have the original receipt to show what job it should be credited back to. I went in to pick up some J channel the other day for my personal use and the guy behind the desk asked me where I worked. I told him and asked him that if he knew of anyone looking for a job to have that person call me. I had to go back today and the manager approached me and accused me of trying to steal her employees. I told her what I said and she all but called me a liar. I did not appreciate that and let her know that I'd never set foot on the property again. She sad that's fine! Terrible customer service. The 2 employees at the counter couldn't even be bothered to stand up or greet me. It was like I was bothering them. Then, when I asked for item I wanted, employee said they would have to make it for me and since they go home at 2:30 and it was 2 o'clock, it would be Monday before I could get it but I needed it today.
