Please see my earlier review and the response. My order placed at the end of May 2025, not the middle of June. Request for help was June 22, 2025. Please see pictures detailing the seller admitted the product was late and her own frustration with the delay. Then, when it didn't arrive and I reached out for support, the seller said, and I quote, "If it ends up lost, we can absolutely file a claim and remake the order."
