Norm has modified the machine to produce twelve inch culver. By doing this the final die in the machine are beaten into place with a three pound sledge hammer. These dies have ball bearings in them beating on them breaks the retainer clip and the die is walking out of place. Which will change the final angle.We are trying to produce 12 inch.It will walk to 9 inch when we start working. This produces large amounts of waste.
