After the inspection appointment, I received the MC quote providing detailed information I needed to make my decision to purchase the water heater needed. RECOMMENDATION: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SALES REP DISASTER: the guy only cared about making a sale, refused to provide adequate information about units or rebate programs. Not his job, he says. Sold me something that wasn't good enough to get any rebates. INSTALLATION DISASTER: They had to return at least 8 times to fix problems with their installation.
