TO WHOM IT CONCERNS, IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD, BECAUSE I HAVE PROOF OF APPLYING WITH REFERRALS 8 SEPARATE TIMES WITH NO CALL BACKS, AND HAVING SOMEONE WHO WORKED FOR THEM DURING TIME I WAS APPLYING AND DRIVING MY FIANCÉ TO AND FROM METAL COMPONENTS AND KNOWING THAT I NEEDED A GOOD RELIABLE JOB. WOULD NOT CALL BACK FOR A INTERVIEW WHEN MY FIANCÉ WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE CALLING ME. NOT ONLY THAT I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE IM GAY!!!!
SOME of the benefits are decent. But management is extremely poor. Vice president of the company has the worst communication skills and zero understanding of what happens on the shop floor. Things continued to get worse as time went along. Zero ambition to fix anything internally wrong with the company. Raises are horrible if given. Absolutely would not recommend.
Looks like by reading the reviews, this company was managed a lot better a few years ago. The most recent reviews are all negative. Something must of changed.
