After almost a year of talking to different contractors, getting prices that were crazy and having them not even show up or get back to us with information or a bid, Matt Renegar was a blessing to find. He was so helpful in getting our building built and completed for a reasonable price we could afford and he walked us through each step of the process. Went off the rails once installers became involved. 1st attempt no call no show day 2 stated he was overloaded and couldn't access property. Second installers refused to proceed with building unless a guaranteed payment as soon as they were done without allowing me to do a onsite inspection . Then Day 2 of build installers called and started i needed to pay more for" field adjustments " yet provided no proof. Contract stated within 3 inches.
