Got order on different day than date provided and missing accessories. This caused loss of money due to the material not arriving correct and having to pay for labor. I tried contacting Ryan Tannenbaum but there was no response at after I left him voicemails and emails. If there is an issue, you might not be able to get a response from them like I did.
