I used MBI twice and there won't be a third! The second time they came out to do a "free" estimate for repair and replacement. They wer here for 15 minutes, told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace. Recommended I replace the thermostat. I did this myself and it did the job. I never got the estimate for replacement.
