I would give zero stars if possible! This office is literally the exemplification of what is wrong with the American healthcare system! Went in for a routine annual checkup, notified them multiple times that I only wanted the services that were covered by my insurance, left with a follow-up appointment in two weeks for my results (strange because my results have always been given to me over the phone or via email from other providers). I have been trying to reach someone for days and no one picks up the calls.
Absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Romaguera was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable with several comments he made "in jest" (?) about very personal things. He asked if I was single/married (which is a fair question) but then despite the fact that I am very happy with my partner, he told me "this relationship won't be your last," which is a very unwelcome, negative, and inappropriate comment for a medical professional to make after knowing me for 5 minutes. I do not recommend this primary care. I have been waiting on Dr Davis to send my prescription since October 12th and they never available on the phone . I would give 0 star
