Completely unprofessional … Staff are rude. Played phone tag about a prescription and The one of the staff saying well “it’s not my job” to figure out your prescription After I already told them the facility that I wanted my prescription to be sent to, and they still sent it to the wrong facility Horrible miscommunication on their end. Do better when you’re talking to patient who are the reason you get a paycheck
I would give zero stars if possible! This office is literally the exemplification of what is wrong with the American healthcare system! Went in for a routine annual checkup, notified them multiple times that I only wanted the services that were covered by my insurance, left with a follow-up appointment in two weeks for my results (strange because my results have always been given to me over the phone or via email from other providers). I have been trying to reach someone for days and no one picks up the calls.
Absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Romaguera was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable with several comments he made "in jest" (?) about very personal things. He asked if I was single/married (which is a fair question) but then despite the fact that I am very happy with my partner, he told me "this relationship won't be your last," which is a very unwelcome, negative, and inappropriate comment for a medical professional to make after knowing me for 5 minutes.
