Less than one week after the new equipment was unveiled, things are breaking down. Machines look good from a distance but are extremely cheap and do not function well. There are also instructions in Chinese but not in English. So it’s very clear that this is some very low quality garbage. It’s too bad that our Strata went with this shady cheap company. The old machines that were 10 years old functioned better than these brand new ones.

Literally the exact opposite of what the review below me is. I live in a brand new complex with all metagenics equipment. We've had nothing but problems /break downs and maintenance issues with almost all the equipment multiple occasions. Some of the lowest quality stuff I've ever used. I even had to get a membership to Anytime Fitness because of how disappointing the equipment is. Response to owner - I would suggest you ask the owners/tenants at Kensington gardens what they think. We have this equipment in our building and this is the poorest gym equipment I have ever used . Quality is terrible it keeps on breaking . The cable machine are so stiff and hard to work out with . One cable snapped as I was using one of the machine the other day because of the poor quality and and no regular maintenance. Overall cable machine are the worst and treadmill machine are making crazy noises and works on and off .
