Have used Metagenics products for many years and have been happy until recently. I have a problem/question about their D3 10,000 +K product. This supplement used to be red in color. The 5,000 of D3 was an light orange color. Recently, each time we order the 10,000 product it is the orange color of the 5,000 pills. I have sent messages and called with ZERO reply. It looks like a great place to work and at first everything seems wonderful. It's a facade. Don't fall for it.

This review is strictly based on customer service and nothing more. Products are great! First order came in fine. Second order had a hiccup, e-commerce is NOT helpful and in fact quite rude. Third order their system screwed up and overcharged me. My total should have been $114. Their system charged me $251, because they had added a bunch of additional items that were not placed by me.
