I have fair skin and naturally lighter hair - Have done 11 laser hair removal treatments here over the past year and a bit which costed me well over $1300 and have absolutely no difference. I feel extremely cheated and ripped off, as I had also done about 6 fat treatments as well with no effect. Treatment lasted less than 5 minutes. Same treatment 45 minutes in another spa I decided to try!

If I can give this place ZERO stars, I would. My friend and I did laser here for over a year. We met with Marissa (the owner) and were assured that 90% of our hair will be gone by the end of the treatments. We paid 1200 dollars each for 12 treatments. When I asked why 12, as most other places do 6. She said, it is more effective to do 12 but on a lower intensity as our skin was very fair.
