I’ve been coming here for almost two years. The instructor is great and very hands on and will ensure that you get through the workouts. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in myself physically and mentally.Nutritional counseling is also provided to help you develop better and healthier eating habits. Overall great experience and highly recommended if you’re ready to start your fitness journey.
I've been coming here for close to 4 years, since I first started here as a beginner. I wanted to learn the skill and technique of boxing and kickboxing. Aubrey has taught me a lot, and I am still learning something new every time I go. For people who want to lose weight, the conditioning class is the way to go, a lot of cardio and 1 hour long. Its a great place for everyone to try something new and push their ability!
