Amazing yoga class with Khali! Will be back for more yoga with her 10000/10
10/10 first yoga class with Khali It was the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing and I really like the individual attention she gave everyone during the poses. The clean facility, welcoming atmosphere and Khali's skill at her craft will keep me coming back for a long time.
I can't rave about Metabolik enough!! Mitts & Bags with Sami will have you rethinking your life (in the best way!!!) The attention to form & consistency is so integral when you are performing at such a high intensity level, and that is exactly what you can expect from Sami & team. I’m a newer Metabolik client but it has quickly become my favourite gym in Winnipeg! Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are always so supportive and helpful. I’m always so excited for my next class! Highly recommend!
My children have trained here over the years. They love going here. Sami’s a gem. Great staff, great environment!
