Dr Mary Luther was a wonderful mentor and coach during my weight loss journey. Very informative as to diet - the do's and don'ts. Also, the effect of the vitamins and appetite control supplements. In order to be successful you need to commit to what she is telling you and follow it. Weekly weigh-ins, progress reports really help. She's also a cheerleader.
