Dr Mary Luther was a wonderful mentor and coach during my weight loss journey. Very informative as to diet - the do's and don'ts. Also, the effect of the vitamins and appetite control supplements. In order to be successful you need to commit to what she is telling you and follow it. Weekly weigh-ins, progress reports really help. She's also a cheerleader. Receiving treatment for neuropathy in both feet. This is my 28th day (of a 90 day treatment cycle) of at home treatment. What a pleasure to not have to travel constantly for medical appointments !! My improvement has been remarkable! I would estimate that the pain and discomfort has been reduced by at least 75%. I live in the country and have to maintain and also enjoy a large acreage property, so this improvement has been a blessing!
