If I could give zero stars I would. No one explained anything to me I never got to see results and I was randomly sent a bill for $250 even though no one told me that my insurance didn’t cover. My doctor told me they were covered and the company doesn’t care that I can’t afford $250 when I got no results!!
I am writing this review to help people feel comfortable ordering tests from Metabolic Solutions. They don't have a huge social media presence, so I can understand that one may feel skeptical when going out on a limb and ordering from them. I felt the same way myself, but I rolled the dice and ordered a SIBO test for my husband, and I'm very happy that I did. I had ordered products online. The amount I was quoted was not what I was charged. I returned everything, all unopened and paid $26 to return myself. Instead of just crediting me when they received my return, I had to call them and wait while they checked to see if they had my return. When I returned everything they charged me $10 per bottle to return. Terrible customer service.
This product from this company is a scam. I advise not to order from here. Lost no weight at all. Bought them for 2 of us and even with watching what we eat lost nothing. When they say beware of companies scamming keto acv this company is one of them!
