Been with MRC now going on 4 years. The coaches are well versed in every plan and truly know what's best. They aren't just there for the paycheck. Each one has truly been where you are. I encourage anyone who is battling a food addiction and struggling with weight loss to call MRC Columbus Georgia and make an appoingment. Doesn't vost you anything but time. Stacy Ineal is my coach but I've also seen Meredith and Eliza. They are all great!
It has been a great experience for me I have loss over 50lbs. slowly but steady. Love the protein shakes -love the staff - so encouraging even when I have had a slow week. Love the recipes and all the advice, I need to weigh in every week helps me not cheat. Never feel pressured to buy things, the staff always make great suggestions for my body and needs to continue to lose weight. The staff is so good to me, I have a goal to lose another 20 with their guidance and support I know I can do it -TY Victoria

Once you start the commitment, keep going and you will reach your goal. You are taught how to make the right choice. You learn what to include in your meals, thus it is a plan that works for life. You are encouraged by the Staff which helps to keep going and you will see results. some of the help that you get are recipes so you can stay on track.

Well I had an experience with both the manager and the assistant manager . I felt like we were misled from the very beginning about the specials they had going on, and then I lost almost 12 lb to my first week and the manager was the one that dropped the ball that time. She barely told me congratulations much less offered to take my picture for the board or the website thought that it should matter but they are preaching it's all about support, and ALSO I found out that they also send out congratulations cards and I didn't g... read more

I thought this was a local weight loss clinic, not a national chain. I see a lot of great reviews from clients which are great, but if you look at employee reviews on Indeed a different picture is painted. These are salespeople, not coaches. They have to sell a certain amount of stuff to you or else they get written up, which became clear to me. You are "required" to buy $160 worth of shakes and supplements A MONTH while on the program.
