I really like A B C D column s easy for me to follow I just want to say doing weight loss is for my health and getting back in my clothes. Want to lose 50 Abby that is working with me is understanding and very helpful I go to Metabolic Center in Lake Oswego. Also been doing my elliptic machine and I'm on my stationary bike helps me keep my blood flowing in my legs and help burn some calories too I'm doing good I'm not turning back at this point no way I'm going to reach my goal and maintain and again thanks to my coach Abby
Abi is amazing! Always patient, kind, respectful, encouraging, and flexible with my crazy work and life schedule. I could not do this program without her help, she has been an encouragement every step of the way. I love this program, and the results it brings with a little determination and hard work can really pay off if I don't let life sidetrack me.
MRC is the only place I have ever gone to or participated in that I have lost and kept off weight!
