Metabolic Research Center in Lake Oswego is wonderful! I have been on the program a few months and I'm already down 30 pounds and 39 body inches. I really like A B C D column s easy for me to follow I just want to say doing weight loss is for my health and getting back in my clothes. Want to lose 50 Abby that is working with me is understanding and very helpful I go to Metabolic Center in Lake Oswego. Also been doing my elliptic machine and I'm on my stationary bike helps me keep my blood flowing in my legs and help burn some calories too I'm doing good I'm not turning back at this point no way I'm going to reach my goal and maintain and again thanks to my coach Abby.... read more
