I really like A B C D column s easy for me to follow I just want to say doing weight loss is for my health and getting back in my clothes. Want to lose 50 Abby that is working with me is understanding and very helpful I go to Metabolic Center in Lake Oswego. Also been doing my elliptic machine and I'm on my stationary bike helps me keep my blood flowing in my legs and help burn some calories too I'm doing good I'm not turning back at this point no way I'm going to reach my goal and maintain and again thanks to my coach Abby.... read more

Great Recipes My favorite is the Tuna Casserole with Green Beans or Mixed. DEC: Abi & Mark in Lake Oswego are great support! At 2-1/2 months and the MRC products work wonders! I am down 22 lbs and near my goal weight. OCTOne month down and 2% of fat gone. I enjoy the process, supportive and considerate experience. Extra energy means extra treats for extended family.
