Well I had an experience with both the manager and the assistant manager . I felt like we were misled from the very beginning about the specials they had going on, and then I lost almost 12 lb to my first week and the manager was the one that dropped the ball that time. She barely told me congratulations much less offered to take my picture for the board or the website thought that it should matter but they are preaching it's all about support, and ALSO I found out that they also send out congratulations cards and I didn't g... read more
This place is awesome. I have lost a total of 115 pounds and 118" with metabolic. I found the program very easy to follow. The staff at the Fort Smith office are awesome. They are so helpful and are always there for all of your needs. When I first went I thought" oh this will be just like any other diet center. " Boy was I wrong. They have many programs you can attend that help and you can call anytime if you have a question. I would highly recommend Metobolic Research Center to anyone who needs help losing weight.
I went to Metabolic and lost over 50lbs, at 3 lbs a week. Some times even more. Great customer Service, and I kept it off !! All natural!
