The MRC staff is great- very knowledgeable and supportive.
I am very happy that I made the decision to come to the Metabolic Research Center. I have been on many diets over the years and had basically given up on ever dieting again but thought I would give this a try. This program is working for me. Joined at the beginning of May and have lost almost 10lbs so far. The food tastes amazing. I love all different flavors of shakes.

They definitely know what they’re doing! All the help you could possibly need, encouragement, tools, recipes, I couldn’t loose weight no matter what I tried, they were able to do what I could not do myself. I use to eat off a regular plate, now what I eat goes on a saucer! I feel full and satisfied when I am done!
