I started the program in Feb of 2024, I have since lost 100 plus pounds. I am truly appreciated of the staff here especially Ms. Juanita. She has been a pleasure to work with.
Where do I begin? First I want to start off with, the meal program isn’t tailored to the individual. They give you a list of foods that you can and cannot eat. They don’t tell you how many macros you should be eating on any given day. I told them that I strength training at least 4 days per week, so my protein intake should be higher.
