I have had a great experience with MRC Lakewood! I am 10 weeks in and down about 23 lbs and couldn’t have done it without the support of Marta and Emily. They really are amazing coaches! I struggled with accountability in my eating habits and meeting with them weekly has definitely helped with that. The coaches are so kind and helpful! They saw me the afternoon I called and started my plan right away. If you’re an older person like me with some insulin resistance and cannot lose weight, this program is the key to success! I’ve no side effects at all from the terzepitide prescription(if you choose that option.) It’s changed my life. Thanks to the research center and fabulous coaches!
