Such a good place to loose weight! They’re so supportive in your journey and explain everything down to detail. I’ve lost 20 pounds total and counting!
I'm so glad that I found this clinic. Marta and Emily have been so supportive. They know the program inside out. So when I hit a plateau they know how to tweak things so that I can lose more weight. The plan is wonderful. There is a great variety so I don't get bored. And it's easy to follow too. This is a life style not just a diet!

The Lakewood MRC is a wonderful facility to help with weight loss and control. The coaches are knowledgeable, empathetic, and extremely supportive. I am so happy that my medical provided suggested Lakewood MRC for my weight loss journey. I highly recommend this facility.
