I have been going to MRC since September 2024. I have lost 40 pounds. It has been such a good experience. Emily and Marta are the best! I think the reason I am so successful is because of the wonderful support I am receiving. I would highly recommend MRC to anyone who needs support with their weight loss journey!
The MRC plan is a sensible and sustainable way to lose weight. I'm halfway to my goal and, at 70, feel better than I have in years. My cholesterol and blood sugar levels are back to healthy numbers and I no longer need pain medication for my joint issues. Emily and Marta are always upbeat and supportive.
