My son had a scheduled appointment, and we arrived on time. Upon arrival, we were informed that he could not be seen due to an issue with the scheduling system. While the staff apologized for the inconvenience, no effort was made to provide an alternative accommodation, such as working him into the schedule, offering another provider, or arranging another appointment that day.
