Metabolic Research Center is great at helping people lose weight. They have so many tools and tailor a plan to each persons needs. They start with educating clients and then make a plan with you. The check ins and extra encouragement are nice for every little bit of progress you make. After completing many other programs without losing fat, this one is breaking my hashimotos hypothyroid weight loss plateau for the first time. I’ve lost 12lbs so far and plan to lose around 20. They are great!
