From the moment I inquired via Facebook to over 2 months ago I have been nothing but pleased with the support and encouragement of the staff here in Beaverton! I love the encouraging text messages that randomly pop up on my phone as well! Love MRC! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. In total I have lost 38 pounds and I'm close to maintenance. They were there for me in weeks I felt defeated and that I couldn't ever lose the weight I needed to lose. They helped me adjust and tell me the truth when I was eating something I shouldn't. I always look forward to my appointments with them. The food plan itself was easy for me to follow. I literally went to Christmas parties and didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to. That I'm itself is amazing for me.
