I went into this thinking and feeling like this would be a good experience to learn more about what they offer and what techniques are used to lose pounds as rapid as most have . I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out a few sheets of paper by one woman. I finished and was escorted to the back to be weighed and learn about the program by another . I joined MRC two months ago! I enjoy the accountability and the staff is always willing to ensure your needs are met to make progress. I have gained confidence and lost a great deal of inches and pounds. I appreciate the fact that the staff knows what it is like to struggle with weight loss, so I don't feel as though I have to explain my journey. My counselor Cami is helpful and have encouraged me throughout this journey. Phyllis. C-H.
