RecommendedStarted the program 30 days ago with some apprehension due to the fact I love to cook AND eat. You get to eat almost anything you want in “structured moderation”. Staff is very helpful and just a text or phone call away when you need help. Plus I see them every Tuesday to go over my plan and measure my progress. I’ve settled into the program, followed the “rules” and have become guide happy with the results - down 30 pounds and a total of 7 1/2 inches! I’m going to increase my goal from 50 lbs to 80 lbs. MRC is amazing. I am a huge fan of MRC6. In the last 3 weeks since starting MRC6, I went from losing 10 inches overall in my first two weeks to loosing a total of 30.75 inches over all in 5 weeks. I feel great.
