I thought this was a local weight loss clinic, not a national chain. I see a lot of great reviews from clients which are great, but if you look at employee reviews on Indeed a different picture is painted. These are salespeople, not coaches. They have to sell a certain amount of stuff to you or else they get written up, which became clear to me. You are "required" to buy $160 worth of shakes and supplements A MONTH while on the program. I joined MRC two months ago! I enjoy the accountability and the staff is always willing to ensure your needs are met to make progress. I have gained confidence and lost a great deal of inches and pounds. I appreciate the fact that the staff knows what it is like to struggle with weight loss, so I don't feel as though I have to explain my journey.
