I've been to quite a few gyms in the Mercer county area where it seems the trainers go through the motions and get you in and out then on to the next person so they can make more money. John takes his time, educates and pushes you. It's a great environment for one on one and he also offers group training. You will get results quickly.

Metabolic and working with John has been life changing for me. This is not just a gym it is a full personal and unique lifestyle program. John offers a great service and personal attention that you won't get at a franchise gym. The workouts are fun, varied, and appropriate for any age and fitness level. I feel refreshed and often get a second wind in the last few minutes!
