The workout will push you and you will find results, but overall isn’t worth it. Besides the actual workout the head woman was very pushy, came off cocky, disingenuous and like she didn’t really care the answer to your question of how you liked it. I personally didn’t enjoy the getting in my face while I’m working out and trying to have a conversation.. I just come to workout and make friends but I didn’t feel the atmosphere was welcoming.
