Rip off artists. Bad business. Steal from people!!!
This company makes it impossible for a consumer to speak to anyone. I am a victim of credit fraud with a fraudulent account opened with Metabank and have tried repeatedly to contact them only to be asked for my debit card number which I don’t have because I didn’t open the account and then they disconnect me automatically. Seems to be all part of the fraud.
Get better customer service and quit lying about deposits!
Beware: This company who is Represented by its CSR Agents will lie,hang up and put its banking clients on hold to get you to hang up if you have problems with the company. They are unprofessional and immature. Very unsettling how Metabank treats clients. How can I trust this company with my money when they lie and disrespect me like this. I want to let people know this so not to be treated and felt with as I have been for the past 48 hours.
Still trying to get my stimulus payment that was “sent” 2 times from this bank!! Trying to call and change my address they say we can’t do anything with your account... this company sucks!!!

I have tried for 6 month to get customer service through Visa gift card, Blackhawk, for the $150 Visa card purchased for me that was fraudulently used before I ever opened it. All participants refer me to someone else and my multiple emails to Blackhawk customer service go unanswered. My paperwork says Metabank, an FDIC-issued organization is the issuer, so, I am looking for Help!!
Metabank customer service is Shit they rude ass fuck and I been waiting on my taxes from them for2 days now so many ppl will not be using y'all no more cause y'all bullshit
