My Visa debit was hacked in Dec. . Your customer service SUCKS! HOW bout you get customer service reps. that speak English. Every Rep. tells me something different, transfers me to someone else, or hangs up. Then I have to jump through hoops to change my address, and try and get a new card. My card expires 02/16. Since my card was hacked, my card was frozen. I can't pay bills, or anything. I'm so mad!!
I have tried for 6 month to get customer service through Visa gift card, Blackhawk, for the $150 Visa card purchased for me that was fraudulently used before I ever opened it. All participants refer me to someone else and my multiple emails to Blackhawk customer service go unanswered. My paperwork says Metabank, an FDIC-issued organization is the issuer, so, I am looking for Help!!
Metabank customer service is Shit they rude ass fuck and I been waiting on my taxes from them for2 days now so many ppl will not be using y'all no more cause y'all bullshit
