Rip off artists. Bad business. Steal from people!!!
This company makes it impossible for a consumer to speak to anyone. I am a victim of credit fraud with a fraudulent account opened with Metabank and have tried repeatedly to contact them only to be asked for my debit card number which I don’t have because I didn’t open the account and then they disconnect me automatically. Seems to be all part of the fraud.
Get better customer service and quit lying about deposits!
Beware: This company who is Represented by its CSR Agents will lie,hang up and put its banking clients on hold to get you to hang up if you have problems with the company. They are unprofessional and immature. Very unsettling how Metabank treats clients. How can I trust this company with my money when they lie and disrespect me like this. I want to let people know this so not to be treated and felt with as I have been for the past 48 hours.
Still trying to get my stimulus payment that was “sent” 2 times from this bank!! Trying to call and change my address they say we can’t do anything with your account... this company sucks!!!
card issued thru the Vizio TV settlement to me.. this card and whoever has stolen est. 22.00 from me. and NO one will give me my money.. going public on facebook at every site to do with this card. i have spent so Much time and energy on this and I am Broke and you all stole my money ought an item on ebay. Do NOT buy any products from this bank, especially if you are rushed, at an airport and need to get a debit (they call it an instacard) card to get your luggage back into the country from international flights. first they don't disclose that there is a charge for loading the card until you are doing it, then they don't disclose that there is a 1.5 % fee for using the card at the airport in the foreign country, and then because you only put the amount you needed to pay for your luggage and not the 1.5 % fee as well, there is ... read more
