Had to come back 3 times due to incorrect measuring/ wrong size pieces. Even after measuring many different times and coming back and forth, it still wasn’t right. The quartz did not meet the cabinets nor did it meet the window moldings above the sink. The owner tried to tell me the spaces are normal but normal is 1/8 of an inch. There were spaces up to 1/2 inch. He did not offer to fix or reduce price.
My husband and I are renovating our bathroom, we came here looking for a quartz countertop for the double sink vanity we ordered. We are so thankful we came to meta stone! What an absolute pleasurable experience working with the entire staff here. Their store is very organized, they are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The customer service is beyond 5 stars. I had the pleasure of using this company to finish the countertops and backsplash in my updated kitchen. They were very professional and did an amazing job. The fabricator help us narrow down our choices of material and quickly installed the countertops / back splash after the decision was made. I would recommend this fabricator / company to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.
It will be two years soon and I still love my kitchen. Cabinets, countertop and backsplash all from Meta Stone, great selection and quality. Daniel and his team were very helpful, patient and understanding. I'm looking forward to the next project with them, soon... thank you again
