I took a chance on this place when I was in extreme pain, and the appointment that I booked over 24 hours in advanced was missed by the providers. I showed up, waited for 20 minutes, and no one was there. I did receive a follow up call, but the provider was unable to remedy the situation. Do not trust this place with your care.
Bree does a great job of merging traditional massage and Thai massage techniques to address the random joint discomfort that results from leading an active life outside of my 9-5 at a computer. She is very observant of movement patterns, and has given me good feedback for me to keep in mind in the gym and in the yoga studio.
Finding a massage therapist you can trust and come back to with the same outcome or even better is difficult. It took me a couple years but when I found Kate back in 2021 that all changed. Meta Massage & Bodywork is my #1 massage place. I always recommend it to my friends and family, and anyone else looking for a similar experience. Rose was phenomenal! We had a good discussion ahead of time about my concerns and she took the time to understand them and explain how she would approach them. Literally the second she started work my mind settled into a very calm and comfortable place. This is not an inexpensive massage, but it is one where you get everything you pay for!
