Bree does a great job of merging traditional massage and Thai massage techniques to address the random joint discomfort that results from leading an active life outside of my 9-5 at a computer. She is very observant of movement patterns, and has given me good feedback for me to keep in mind in the gym and in the yoga studio.
Finding a massage therapist you can trust and come back to with the same outcome or even better is difficult. It took me a couple years but when I found Kate back in 2021 that all changed. Rose was phenomenal! We had a good discussion ahead of time about my concerns and she took the time to understand them and explain how she would approach them. Literally the second she started work my mind settled into a very calm and comfortable place. This is not an inexpensive massage, but it is one where you get everything you pay for!
Bree is a true professional. She really understands what is going on with your aches and pains, and then applies her considerable knowledge and experience to remedying them. She completely cured a shoulder that was bothering me for months. I'm back to swimming 2/3 of a mile and my shoulder is perfect. Besides that, the whole experience is just so pleasant. I don't know of any other business that gets only 5-star reviews.
